Description

Make these bite-sized tiramisu truffles for parties or gifts. They capture the classic tiramisu flavor in a simple, no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (about 10.5 ounces) ladyfingers, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the cooled coffee, coffee liqueur, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed ladyfingers until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Remove the chilled mixture from the refrigerator. Roll into small, bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the cocoa powder in a shallow dish. Roll each truffle in the cocoa powder until fully coated.
  7. Arrange the mini tiramisu truffles on a serving plate. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, you can add a bit more coffee liqueur.
  • Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
