Description

This Mexican Rice Chicken Bake is a hearty and flavorful dish that combines chicken, rice, and Mexican-inspired spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, salsa, onion, chili powder, and cumin.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
