- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, salsa, onion, chili powder, and cumin.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
