Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Assemble bowls with rice, seasoned chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream, cheese, and avocado.
