Ingredients

- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tostada shells
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini and red onion; cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Combine shredded chicken, zucchini mixture, lime juice, avocado, and cilantro in a bowl. Mix well.
- Spread Mexican crema on tostada shells.
- Top with chicken mixture.
- Serve immediately.
