Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beef, black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
