- Green food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a clean, dry bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Divide meringue and tint with green food coloring.
- Transfer meringue to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe trees onto prepared baking sheets.
- Decorate with sprinkles.
- Bake for 60-90 minutes, or until dry and crisp.
- Let cool completely before serving.
