- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing for 30 minutes before baking.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mayonnaise mixture for a little heat.
