A simple and satisfying meatloaf recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well with your hands.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Add your favorite spices for extra flavor.
- Top with extra ketchup during the last 15 minutes of baking.
