- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sour cream, melted butter, milk, and beaten egg.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and lightly golden on top.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
