Description

A cool and creamy macaroni salad, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red onion, and sweet pickle relish to the bowl.
