Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  6. Pour batter over crust.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  8. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
