- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.
- Pour mixture over salmon, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
