Description

This dish features chicken in a lemon garlic sauce served with creamy parmesan pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
  7. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  10. Slice chicken and serve over pasta.
