Description

Easy dessert with lemon flavor and cream cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (21 ounce) can lemon pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Pour lemon pie filling into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese over the pie filling.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
