Instructions
- Mix starter, flour, and water. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Add salt and lemon zest. Knead until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Let dough rise for 6-8 hours.
- Shape dough and let proof for 1-2 hours.
- Bake at 450°F for 30-35 minutes.
