Description

A calming and aromatic matcha latte infused with floral lavender notes.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender buds
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine matcha powder and lavender buds in a small bowl.
  2. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and no clumps remain.
  3. Heat milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
  4. Pour the matcha-lavender mixture into a mug.
  5. Add the warm milk and sweetener.
  6. Stir well to combine.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a stronger lavender flavor, steep the lavender buds in the hot water for 5 minutes before adding the matcha.
