Ingredients

- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender buds
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tsp honey or sweetener, to taste
Instructions
- Combine matcha powder and lavender buds in a small bowl.
- Add hot water and whisk until smooth and no clumps remain.
- Heat milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm.
- Pour the matcha-lavender mixture into a mug.
- Add the warm milk and sweetener.
- Stir well to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a stronger lavender flavor, steep the lavender buds in the hot water for 5 minutes before adding the matcha.
- Adjust sweetener to your preference.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha or a lavender sprig if desired.
