Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, bell peppers, and red onion with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
