Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, bell peppers, and red onion with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- In the same bowl, toss the steak cubes with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the steak to the baking sheet with the vegetables, ensuring everything is in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately.
