- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos.
- Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
