Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pizzelle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and extracts until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Lightly grease the pizzelle maker if recommended by the manufacturer.
  7. Drop about 1 tablespoon of batter onto the center of each hot pizzelle iron.

  9. Carefully remove the pizzelle from the iron using a spatula and let them cool on a wire rack. They will crisp up as they cool.
  10. Repeat with the remaining batter.
