Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Mash potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sauté cabbage and onion until softened.
  4. Mix cabbage and onion with mashed potatoes.
  5. Top with bacon and cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve hot.
