Ingredients

- 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Mash potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté cabbage and onion until softened.
- Mix cabbage and onion with mashed potatoes.
- Top with bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
