Description

A festive and fun way to make hot chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • Optional: sprinkles, edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into silicone sphere molds, coating the sides evenly.
  3. Chill molds for 10 minutes until chocolate is firm.
  4. Remove chocolate shells from molds.
  5. Fill half of the shells with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt, marshmallows, and any optional toppings.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips.
  7. Use melted white chocolate to seal the remaining chocolate shells to the filled shells, creating a sphere.
  8. Decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter if desired.
  9. To make hot cocoa, place one bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it. Stir until melted and combined.

Notes
