Description

Salmon fillets with a sweet and tangy honey pineapple glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has slightly thickened.
  4. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the salmon fillets with the honey pineapple glaze.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Brush with glaze again before serving.
