Description

Simple honey lime chicken recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
