- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey glaze evenly over the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add a squeeze of lemon juice to the glaze for extra flavor.
