Chicken thighs baked in a honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken thighs in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over chicken thighs in the skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve over rice or with roasted vegetables.
