Description

Chicken thighs baked in a honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear chicken thighs in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken thighs in the skillet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
  8. Serve hot.
