Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour maple glaze over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the maple glaze.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or rice.
