Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, non-dairy creamer, salt, and cinnamon if using.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps.
- Transfer the mix to an airtight container for storage.
- To make hot chocolate, combine 1/4 cup of the mix with 1 cup of hot milk or water. Stir until dissolved and serve.
