Chicken glazed with a honey barbecue sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and brush with honey barbecue sauce.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
