- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, and sour cream.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
