Simple ground turkey recipe.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown ground turkey over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of chili powder to your preference.
- Serve with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
