Ingredients

- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Marinate steak in soy sauce, olive oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Grill steak strips until cooked.
- Grill zucchini slices until tender.
- Assemble bowls with rice, steak, and zucchini.
- Drizzle with remaining marinade and garnish with sesame seeds.
