Description

A simple recipe for grilled salmon with a sweet and savory pineapple glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the salmon with the pineapple glaze and top with pineapple chunks.
  6. Serve immediately.
