A simple recipe for grilled salmon with a sweet and savory pineapple glaze.

- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the salmon with the pineapple glaze and top with pineapple chunks.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use fresh or canned pineapple chunks.
- Adjust the amount of honey to your preference for sweetness.
