Description

Simple grilled chicken with a honey mustard marinade.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Serve with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables or a salad.
