A simple and delicious green bean casserole, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked green beans (about 2 1-lb bags frozen or 1.5 lbs fresh)
- 1 can (6 oz) french fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked green beans and stir to coat them evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with french fried onions.
- Bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Notes
- For fresh green beans, blanch them before adding to the casserole.
- You can add a pinch of garlic powder for extra flavor.
