Chicken breasts coated in parmesan and served with a garlic cream sauce.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, coating evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While chicken is baking, prepare the garlic cream sauce. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, minced garlic, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve the garlic cream sauce over the baked chicken breasts.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Parmesan mixture.
- Serve with a side of pasta or roasted vegetables.
