Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour batter over crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool completely before refrigerating.
