Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.

- Serve over pasta or rice.
- Add other vegetables to the baking sheet.
