Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp

Description

Roasted shrimp with garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.
