Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks and serve.
