Easy slow cooker chicken with garlic and Parmesan.

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks and serve.

- Add vegetables like broccoli or green beans during the last hour of cooking.
