Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs ground chicken
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 0.25 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, milk, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add a glaze of your choice during the last 15 minutes of baking.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
