Description

A flavorful chicken meatloaf with garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, milk, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • You can add a glaze of your choice during the last 15 minutes of baking.
