Ingredients

- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.

- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
