Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

Description

Roasted broccoli with garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
