Description
Chicken breasts cooked in a garlic lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has reduced slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in parsley.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Serve immediately.

- Serve over rice or pasta.
- Garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices.
