Description
Quick steak bites in garlic butter, served with a rich Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix steak cubes with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned on all sides.
- Add garlic and remaining butter to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until garlic is fragrant.
- Remove steak bites from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened slightly.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat with the Parmesan cream sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the steak while cooking.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
