Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Add the minced garlic and thyme to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the fresh parsley.
- Serve the garlic butter steak bites immediately.
Notes
- For medium-rare steak bites, cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
