Quick and easy garlic butter shrimp served over rice.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve shrimp and sauce over rice.
