- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Spoon sauce over salmon and serve.
