Description

Chicken thighs are baked with feta and a hot honey glaze for a crispy and flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
