- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and top with feta cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and feta is golden.
- Serve immediately.
