- 1 ear of corn, grilled and kernels removed

Instructions
- Prepare rice.
- Grill chicken and dice.
- Grill corn and remove kernels.
- Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili powder.
- Combine rice, chicken, and corn in a bowl.
- Top with mayonnaise mixture, cotija cheese, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
