Description
Hearty beef stew with a rich tomato and onion base.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef cubes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown beef cubes in olive oil in a large pot.
- Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Serve hot.
