A rich and creamy cheesecake flavored with eggnog, perfect for holiday celebrations.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 1/2 cups eggnog
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir in melted butter until crumbs are moistened. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined.
- Beat in eggnog and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until incorporated after each addition.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Notes
- For a smoother cheesecake, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature.
- You can garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
